DRA (Disparity Reduction Allowance) is calculated at 15% of the 2017 Basic Pay for each BPS. This is a fixed amount per grade, not dependent on your current basic pay or stage. For BPS-10, 2017 Basic = Rs. 12,500 → DRA = Rs. 1,875.
