• Footings: 8 isolated footings (4′×4′×1.5′) each
• Slab thickness: 5″ (0.4167 ft)
• Concrete mix M20; dry volume factor used = 1.54

Detailed Calculations

Volumes used (cft):

• Footings: 8 × (4′×4′×1.5′) = 192 cft

• Beams: total length 200 ft × 1 ft × 1 ft = 200 cft
• Slab: 1,125 sqft × 5″ (0.4167 ft) = 468.75 cft
• Total RCC concrete = 1,025.75 cft ≈ 29.05 m³

• Dry volume = 29.05 × 1.54 = 44.73 m³
